A department store in need, Thrushton Stores is always rewarding its loyal customers with special offers and promotions and yet the customers were not going for them. They employed 5G to try and find a solution to their promotion problem.

The NEED:

Thrushden Stores is a department store based in south west England. As a fundemental part of their success, Thrushden has always prided itself on providing great value offers throughout the store but unfortunately they have always had trouble coming up with an outlet for advertising their offers to customers.

"It's very frustrating," comments store manager Neil Clark. "We have these great offers and promotions that customers should be jumping at, and yet they just don't seem to be finding them. Promotions work great at Christmas, customers seem to flock to them but what they seem to overlook is that these kinds of promotions run throughout the year. They are nowhere near as successful as they should be."

The SOLUTION:

5G was able to provide Thrushden Stores with an In Store Audio solution that allows the store to promote their all their latest offers and promotions through the store tannoy system. This solution allows the store to inform customers of the latest offers and also direct customers to the area in the store where promotions can be found.

Neil Clark jokes: "At least now the customers will have no excuse for not finding the offers... we're going to be ramming it down their throats!"
