Fitting the Bill...

It was a few months ago now, when I noticed that things weren't looking quite right with my latest phone bill. As a business working primarily in a sales environment, it is to be understood that I should receive a reasonably pricey phone bill, given the number of outgoing calls and time spent browsing the internet by myself and my colleagues on a day to day basis.

But when I noticed one day that there were a few unfamiliar charges appearing on my latest bill, I began to start questioning the services that I had signed up for in comparison to the number of services that I was actually using. I contacted my provider who seemed reluctant, at best, to inform me of the charges that I had been accruing on my bill.

Puzzled, and growing increasingly frustrated with the unexplained extra money I was losing on my bill, I sought to find answers. I typed in 'billing analysis' into a search engine and one of the results that came back was from a company called 5G Communications. I clicked on to the website and found exactly what I was looking for. 5G claimed that they could advise me on my bill, showing me how I could save money, simply through me sending a copy of my latest bill.

I did.

The results that I received back from 5G were more positive than I had ever expected. Within minutes of me faxing over a copy of the bill in question, I received a call from 5G informing me that I was, in fact, paying for unnecessary charges and that 5G could offer me a similar deal that I was already on, only for less!

I'm not ashamed to say that I jumped at the chance. 5G had been honest with me from the start and told me exactly how much I was paying and how much I could, nay should be paying with them. I have been with 5G for around 4 months now and I am happy to say that all my bills have arrived as expected, with the promised savings and my broadband service has performed just as well as it did before, if not better.

I'm just glad that I stopped taking my bill for granted!
