Just wanted to thank 5G for sorting me out with a first class broadband service for my business.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm no Alan Sugar; my business isn't going to challenge any of the fortune 500 but it's big enough. And for that reason it's imperative that I have a sufficient broadband service to cope with the day-to-day demands of my company and the employees within.
For a long while, my staff had been coming to me complaining about how slow the internet was on their PC's. Initially I just shrugged it off, after all I was on an 8Mb broadband plan, but after a tip off from a friend that the speeds I was getting did not reflect 8Mb broadband, I decided to do some investigation.
I typed in 'broadband speeds' into an internet search engine and was faced with a result from a company called 5G. I clicked on their page, which took me to a 'Broadband Speed Test. Brilliant, this was exactly what I needed. I performed the test on my own PC, which to my disappointment returned a speed of just 2Mb!...
2Mb!? To share around an office of 20 staff!?
I called this 5G company to explain my internet woes and they were very understanding. They explained that a lot of the time, companies mislead customers by promising them speeds, which in reality are the very fastest available on that particular line. They also suggested a more appropriate plan that should be sufficient for company of my size.
They put me on an up to 24Mb broadband solution and my internet has never been faster. Suffice to say I never get complaints from my staff anymore...
Now I get my 8 Meg... and that's on a bad day!
