My business is based in a barn with no broadband. I have had no less than three companies try and provide Broadband for me, all to no avail. Lots of promises and no service, lots of phone calls and aggravation.

All along my telecom provider 5G refused to even try because their tests said that even if they could provide it to me it would never work properly. I nearly left them once because the second supplier said that they could provide a service. They said obviously 5G don't know what they are doing and I listened. When 5G phoned to find out why I was leaving the guy I spoke to, Warren sounded genuinely concerned and thankfully convinced me to just to try out the other company’s broadband first. Guess what, it didn't work. I tried again with a new company, more out of desperation than anything else.

I even considered moving my offices!

When Warren phoned (from 5G) with a somewhat imaginative solution that I hadn't thought of, and it worked! It was a huge relief because I had seriously considered uprooting my whole business.
