Exchange Mailboxes: Unaffected and operating as usual.
Webmail: Webmail performance is reduced, with occasional disconnections and timeouts
Standard and Advanced Mailboxes:
At 9am this morning we experienced a major service outage with 5G Premier. It caused hosted IP telephone systems to stop working.
The system is fully restored and customers should now not be experiencing any issue. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you if it becomes necessary.

As I'm sure you are all aware, today, 6th May, is Election Day in the UK. This election is expected to be one of the closest in recent history and as such interest will be a lot higher than in recent years. Since the last election the technological world has obviously moved on, meaning that a great deal of people will be watching the events unfold live via the likes of BBC...
Planned Engineering Works are scheduled for 16th April at 0:00hrs until 06:00hrs.
Our Engineers will be conducting essential routing maintenance on our core network within Telehouse East during this time.
We expect a service outage to last for 30 minutes.
