Engineering Works

Planned Engineering Works are scheduled for 16th April at 0:00hrs until 06:00hrs.
Our Engineers will be conducting essential routing maintenance on our core network within Telehouse East during this time.

We expect a service outage to last for 30 minutes.

Several brief periods of routing instability may be experienced, whilst devices are taken out of service. Some xDSL sessions may also be forcibly disconnected, however any affected subscribers will immediately reconnect via alternate data centres.
