Objectives:

ABC Ltd asked 5G to assist in tidying up their communications room and hubs. Cable management had become extremely difficult due to many years of quick moves and changes leaving the data cabinet untidy and in need of some TLC.

Solution:

With the help of ABC Ltd's IT manager a plan was drawn up and timescales were put in place to ensure that the project would complete on time. 5G assigned a team of engineers to work with the IT manager to ensure that the needs of the project were met and that key components of the network were upgraded to deal with expansion.

Results:

Completing the project over a weekend, 5G engineers were able to minimise the impact on ABC Ltd staff, like most business's ABC Ltd rely 100% upon their voice and data networks. There was no margin for error with the project and only close team work and expert execution would suffice. ABC Ltd now have a tidy and easy to manage voice and data network and are soon looking for the expertise of 5G to assist in the move of their PBX.
