Efficient Maintenance

Fast, effective maintenance was a lifesaver...

As a larger scale company running over multiple sites, I was absolutely chuffed to bits when 5G offered me a tailored inter-site networking solution which allows me to share important files and documents between my staff throughout my business, wherever they are based. With so many business critical documents located on my network, it is important that my employees are able to access them as and when they are needed.

So... when I came in to work to find that my network had failed, of course panic set in.

I immediately called 5G to question the network failure, where I spoke to Mike. Mike calmly advised me that he had logged the fault and an engineer would be in touch shortly to try and sort the problem... he wasn't wrong!

Within an hour I received a call from the engineer Keith, who was very friendly and understanding (I think he could tell that I was somewhat stressed out). After diagnosing the fault, a simple mis-configuration on one of the routers, Keith was able to remotely access and reconfigure the router at fault.

And like magic, my network was up again; employees were able to access their necessary files and documents, and the crisis was overted. I couldn't believe it, he didn't even need to come to the site! 

I am so relieved to have my network back up and running again and words cannot describe how pleased I am with the service that I have received with 5G. It makes me confident to know that should anything ever go wrong with my network again, 5G are on hand to put the fault to bed.
