  • Covers all system engineer labour time and telephone system manufacturer parts. (Does not cover DECT phones, cabling or any 3rd Party add on equipment, e.g. music on hold.)
  • 16 Working hour response on all non critical faults
  • 4 Working hour response on all critical faults*

Gold

08:30 - 17:30 Monday To Friday & 09:00 To 13:00 On A Saturday.

  • Covers all system engineer labour time and telephone system manufacturer parts. (Does not cover DECT phones, cabling or any 3rd Party add on equipment, e.g. music on hold.)
  • 16 Working hour response on all non critical faults
  • 4 Working hour response on all critical faults*

Gold+

24/7 365 Days A Year

  • Covers all system engineer labour time and telephone system manufacturer parts. (Does not cover DECT phones, cabling or any 3rd Party add on equipment, e.g. music on hold.)
  • 16 Working hour response on all non critical faults
  • 4 Working hour response on all critical faults*

* Critical fault is defined as more than 50% of lines or extensions faulty.
