I had been with my previous communications provider for a number of years and always felt that I had received an adequate service which allowed my company to communicate effectively with both my staff and my clients.
Until one day, one of my employees came to me, asking why many of his returned calls were going straight to switchboard rather than the DDI number that should have been displayed on customers' phones. After some investigation, I discovered that the salesman's DDI number had not infact been displaying on customer phones, instead it was our main switchboard number that was being displayed.
I tried countless times to contact my provider, to no avail, and when I finally was able to get through to somebody, I was simply told that they would "get someone to call me back". I wasn't given a time, no less any information about the cause of my problem, and after days of waiting and losing valuable time through constant re-directing of calling customers, I was beginning to get impatient.
Then, out of nowhere, I recieved a call from 5G asking about my problem. Who know's how they were aware of it, but I am so thankful that they were, because straight away I was able to inform them of the extent of the fault on my line and the strain that it was having on myself and my business. The friendly guy I spoke to, Rob, was able to talk me through the problem in a way that I could understand and informed me that 5G could help me with the fault.
I thank the Lord that 5G took the time to contact me that day, because ever since I have had no problems with number displays or any other aspect of my business phone lines, 5G even showed me how I could save money by switching my lines over to them, which of course I did.
After all... why should my previous provider deserve my business? They certainly didn't seem to value it, not like 5G does!
With 5G I know that if there ever is a problem with my lines, the support is only a phone call away and I can sleep soundly in the knowledge that 5G owns my problems.
