If you have limited internet access you can still benefit from 5G's backup services, via our offline data backup service.

Our offline service works by encrypting your backup data files, before transferring them to a portable external USB hard drive. The data backup is collected and taken to our data storage facility, where we can keep it safely for you, for whenever you may need it.

In carrying out the backup of your data in this way, we can bypass the use of the internet to send your data to our remote storage server. So you can have all the benefits of our data backup services, without the need for internet access.

Offline data recovery...

In the same fashion, we can provide offline data recovery for businesses who lack proper internet access.

Essentially, the offline data recovery service works in the opposite way to offline data backup. If the unthinkable happens, we can provide you with a copy of your most recent data backup.

As offline backup is a slightly more laborious and less regimented task than online backup, it may be the case that your backups are not as frequent, but you can rest assured that if you do lose your data, then we will restore your most recent data deposit, back to you.

Our offline data recovery service requires the physical delivery of your data to your site, so you should be available for the date of your data recovery service.

5G gives you the option of providing your own hard drive for external offline data backup, if not then we can provide dedicated 5G hard drives for your data.
