The Perfect Mobile Package...

Effex Office Supplies conducts all of its business out in the field so the right mobile solution was an absolute must for the company. They came to 5G to see what we could do for them.

The NEED:

Effex Office Supplies, a sales company based in Kent does the majority of its business through field sales and company site visits. As the business calls for most of its employees to be out of the office for most of the day, mobile communications are simply a necessity. So it was important for this company to find the right mobile solution for such a reasonably sized company.

"When working out of a sales environment, it's important to have a strong number of people around you in your sales force," comments sales director Elliot Ward. "We have 30 staff working at the company, all out in the field so it is important that we can all stay in contact with eachother, as well as our customers. Now, we're by no means a rich company, we're still in the very early stages of growth, so it was important that we had a mobile solution that catered for the entire team but was still cost effective to the company."

The SOLUTION:

When approached by Effex Office Supplies with their specific mobile requirements, we were certainly faced with a challenge but we did manage to find a solution that we felt reflected the needs of the company and wasn't so expensive that it would break the bank. 5G was able to provide one shared tariff for up to 30 phones, whereby an initial fee was paid for the tariff itself and extra fees were added for each additional phone that was added. We felt it was the best solution for the company.

"It's exactly what I was after," exclaims Elliot. "We have one great value tariff and for however many extra handsets needed on the plan, we just pay an extra £15 and they get all the priviliges of the original tariff. It's brilliant!"
