Just thought I would write in to give my best wishes to the team at 5G and to tell them to keep up the good work!
A few weeks ago, one of my employees' mobile handsets failed, this was a big problem as I was without a means of communication to my salesman out on the field, so had no indication on daily performance.
Rather than 'um and err' about it, I just got straight on the phone to my provider 5G, after all it was a fairly new phone and there was no real reason why it should have stopped working. The guy I spoke to there, Simon, was very friendly and advised me that he would keep me updated while he found a solution. Realising that the phone shouldn't have just broken, considering it was fairly new, there was absolutely no argument from 5G about the matter, and within a couple of days of returning the faulty handset, I received a brand spanking new one. Just like that.
The changeover was so quick and painless that I hardly even realised that one of my guys was without a phone!
So, thanks again for sorting it out for me, 5G. And keep up the good work!
