"A quick and painless changeover..."

I just wanted to take a few moments to congratulate 5G on their exceptionally high standard of customer service. As a reasonably new customer, I have been extremely impressed with the manor in which all my services have been conducted, not least the more than efficient transition from my previous provider to 5G.

Towards the end of my working relationship with my previous communications provider, I had become tired and disillusioned with the service that I had been receiving and felt that it was time for a change. So I called 5G, on a tip from a friend and business partner of mine, and soon I was talking to one of the sales guys, Rob. I told Rob that I was looking for a change in line providers and he responded by letting me know the options and prices that 5G could offer me.

Happy with the prospect that 5G could save me money on my line rental, I was keen to sign up but I was worried about downtime on my communications. I was assured by the guys at 5G that they would make my downtime as minimal as physically possible and they did not disappoint. I was given my designated switchover date of 8th May and when that day came, "voila" I was a 5G customer, as simple as that.

It was so quick and painless that I don't know why I didn't think of doing it sooner!

Now I'm saving money on my lines and calls with a company that works well for me, with 5G I know that my lines and calls are never in doubt.
