0870 Numbers

No more revenue payments for 0870 Numbers...

You may have heard that as of 1st August 2009, Ofcom have ruled that revenue payments no longer be paid for 0870 numbers. You may still use these numbers as non-geographic numbers but charges will be made for calls to this type of telephone number.

Many businesses have used 0870 in order to provide revenue streams, based on the calls to them. As of 1st August 2009, this has ceased.

But not to worry... You will still be able to generate income streams, though a number change may be required. To give you a helping hand, we've listed, below, the numbers that will still allow you to provide revenue streams to your business.
