Calls constantly dropping?

If you find your calls dropping, more than normal then of course we want to help you...

But before you give us a call, you should make sure to eliminate all possible, fixable causes. Please take a moment to have a look through the precautionary action to take before calling us, so that you have some idea of the possible cause of the call dropping:

Check your connectivity:

It is possible that your dropped calls could be due to a faulty phone handset?

Try switching the physical handpiece from your phone handset to see if your problem could be called by loose wiring. Also try switching phones as your phone could be faulty.

Still having trouble...

If you have tried our troubleshooting tips and your calls are still dropping, then you should call us immediately as it could be being caused by a clear disconnect fault, that we would have to check out.
