If you are having trouble dialling out of your telephone system to your customers, it can be a frustrating time. With your business relying on customer communication, much of the time, it is important that you are able to understand the fault at hand so that it can be resolved.

If you are having trouble making calls, there are some simple steps to take before you contact us, to ensure that we have all the information we need to find the right solution for you...
STEP ONE:
Firstly, if you are using a telephone system, make sure you are dialling '9' to get an outside phone line. It may sound obvious but without doing this, you will not be able to make an outside call.
Secondly, ask yourself... Are you having trouble calling all numbers or just numbers in a particular area?
STEP TWO:
Try a different handset, it could be that the particular handset you are using is faulty. If you are now able to dial out, problem solved!
If you are still having problems, move on to step three.
STEP THREE:
Attempt to call out again but try dialling (9)1280, followed by the desired telephone number that you wish to call.
Now whatever the outcome, whether you are able to get through or not, you should contact us with the results of your testing so that we can identify the fault with your system and provide an effective solution.
