If you are having continuous faults with your telephone system equipment, of course we want to help...
But before you call us, there are a couple of simple system checks that you can perform to eliminate all possible, fixable causes. Please take a moment to have a look through our troubleshooting tips, below:
CHECK ONE: System power...
Is your system properly switched on?
Look at your system, to check that any lights are showing. If not, try switching system on again to see if any lights return. If not, it is likely that there could be a more serious fault.
CHECK TWO: Connectivity...
Make sure that your system is properly connected to the PBX. The lights on your system should remain static, if they are flashing it is likely that there is a connection fault. Try disconnecting and resetting the connections at both your telephone system box and your PBX.
If your system is on and your cable is securely connected at either end of your system and PBX, then you should get in contact with us immediately as it is possible that there could be a more serious internal fault.
