21CN Case Study

In the dark: "We were unprepared..."

As a small printing business working out of an office with no front, we rely heavily on our communications, particularly our broadband services, in order to advertise our services and liase with current and potential customers. Unfortunately, the location of our office is situated far away from the local exchange, meaning that we have never had access to the level of broadband service that we would like.

Having grown used to the slow performance of our current broadband services, we have continued to go about our business, making the most of the slow speeds that we were getting

One day, whilst browsing through my emails, I stumbled across a message from a company called 5G regarding something called 21CN...

21CN?? I had never heard of it before and yet this email was telling me to make sure I was prepared for the big network change and informing me about all the lovely advantages that the "next generation network" could have for my business.

I was intregued.. Could this 21CN really help my little printing business and if so what would it do??

I picked up the phone and called 5G immediately, I wanted to know more. I spoke to a guy called Iain who was really friendly, he answered all of my questions on 21CN and even arranged for a free 21CN site survey where I was visited by an equally friendly 5G engineer who checked over all of my communications, including Telephone System and other equipment to make sure that I could take full advantage of the "roll out".

As a result, I discovered that with 21CN, there would be a merger of digital and analogue technology which ultimately meant that I am finally now able to have access to faster broadband. And just when I thought there couldn't possibly be any better news, the engineer advised me that with the newly available speeds I would be receiving, I was now eligable for high performance IP telephony, so I can save even more money!

Thanks to 5G for enlightening me on the wonder that is 21CN, well certainly for my business in any case, I am confident that my company will be seeing some very promising times ahead.

...And just think, if I hadn't looked at that email!!!
